JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Specialist to support our customers and help them get the most value out of the Ascent platforms. In this role, you will provide training, troubleshoot technical questions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
You will support customers based in the United States and Switzerland, collaborating across time zones to ensure timely and effective assistance.
